The small cap end of the market has been very slow so far this year. Today is a perfect example of the market making back some ground while very little flows through to the smaller end of the market.
PEN released some good drilling results for Sth Africa and was initially met with little more than a yawn.
It is just now starting to make a little bit of ground but it is slow painful going!
