CNO - just a little bit of movt up, chart showing nice setup but not much vol. That DWC on last ca was followed by a penetration of midpoint down to the base of candle (eek), however, consolidation has followed.
Not sure when it'll move but looks like base formed, so reasonably low risk buy atm, esp if others may be getting set, as has been mentioned by giz.
