After a slow start, the local market was finally able to gain some traction around 11am putting on 10 points in as many minutes. The theme so far seems to be defensive as the telecoms and health sectors are out performing the financials and materials. DOWner continues to perform well after a good day yesterday and CRZ is also enjoying a good day. TLS also gaining some friends.
Currently , 12.55 pm our market is off its high at XAO +7 4316
The Dow futures were flat at our open but moved to positive earlier and is possibly the reason for our market moving to a firmer footing.
Asian markets started on a positive note and are currently still positive though off their highs.
