Carbon Conscious Confirms 2012 Profit Increase
Carbon Conscious Ltd (Company) is pleased to advise that it expects to outperform previously forecast profit numbers for the financial year ended 30 June 2012.
Key highlights included in the Company’s Preliminary Financial Report – Appendix 4E include:

• 2012 EBITDA of $5.5 million - an increase of 20% above previous forecast (January 2012).

• 2012 NPAT of $4.2 million - an increase of 20% above the previous forecast (January 2012).



• Net Tangible Assets of circa $15 million or 20 cents per share.



• The Company has contracted revenue from counterparties across Australia and New Zealand, which will deliver in excess of $45 million in revenue to the Company over the next 15 years.

Carbon Conscious is well positioned as an experienced carbon project manager to capitalise on the emerging carbon market in Australia. The existing business platform will provide the Company with a solid base to grow as we continue to explore and develop new business opportunities.
