Doesn't matter what they bought it for really, as theyhave puchased an asset off a company that is far less valuable than themselves, thus the sharemarket will discount it as if it was worth enough to move a 21million company it would of been more than enough to move a 10million company.
comparative values don't make sense for a positive reaction for AYC really.
