WPG: I had a DCF on WPG of $2.38 on Peculiar Knob and Hawkes Nest assuming a $132/tonne price for their DSO. The discount rate was 10%. At first I thought the price was very low but then again it removes the forward pricing risk that shareholders were exposed to over the next 10-15 years.
