Just on the XT's.... Mostly HFT will use specific brokers - not Commsec or Etrade etc and pay very low fees for the volume...So the XT's may well be through the HFT brokers ....
Place in the queue is irrelevant as it depends on which broker... Commsec XT's will through Commsec...
