Just on algo trading and depths (from above)...
Usually on specs with volume and movement you will find the ASX/Chi-x (mix) over numerous levels on the buy, but only 1 or 2 levels on the sell...
Mid & Big Cap will have multiple levels of mix-exchanges on both sides...
Not sure what parameters the algo's are set to (diff. programs would have different parameters).... But will be in all the main stocks and I suspect 'hunt' for other's that fit parameters, so will be on some of the specs...
Irrelevant if profit or loss is made on one particular stock or not - as could trade 500 diff. stocks in a day for example, and say profit on 150.. lose on 100.... flat on 250, or what ever...
