Underwriting MSR @ 4c - current SP is 3.1, just got approval from the state to go ahead with a low cost, high grade gold mine.
I don't see Patto's sitting on there hands holding shares
they've cough up 4 cents for.
There form on QFX was brazen, looking forward to a "research report" on MSR and a huge increase in volume post 16th of December.
