mrlingis ... short history of EHR. Listed since Aug 2010. In 18mths they have done something that no other geothermal company has been able to achieve, an intensely focused plan to produce electricity as soon as possible. Their flagship Copahue project is going to a Bankable Feasibility Study which is substantially complete (annc in Jan?). Early site works planned for March and electricity online in 2013.
These guys are leapfrogging every other geothermal company, many of whom have been around for about a decade with no defined plan to make money. This annc gives shareholder security in the knowledge that cap raisings will not be required for the Copahue project plus a kicker that hybrid finance placement will be at a significant premium to sp.
Aside from the Copahue project, they are also progressing a 150MW project in Djibouti and exploration in Kenya. Their projects are based on shallow geothermal which is a mature technology (i.e., off the shelf products) which is a contrast to all geotherm projects in Aust.
