No problem trading it but be aware that it's just re-hashed from Chinese sports betting & IPTV announcements that GCN & SSI have been providing constantly since at least 2005/6....
Check out this GCN 7 SSI 2006 Chinese Sports Betting ann. - actually used the same $100 billion pa number back then...lol .....
