I reckon ATC will break 13c this time imo and go on to touch 15c imo.

The free float has been soaked to death and sellers are drained I'm.

Also too close to finance being signed off on for the Malaysian plant.

They'll have $70m finance at a cheap interest rate with $10m cash and a $30m MC!
