The prawners up in the Gulf were always a great way to get some capital together, but watch the drugs! Best to avoid working as a roofer in Brizzie summer, or in that bloody brickworks in Dubbo (I swear the bricks were still glowing dull red and that pr*ke of a boss expected us to go into the kilns and stack them on pallets). Prospecting for sapphires in Inverell was cool (found some, lost them later), and working in Geo dept of Adelaide Uni was fun (great characters). As for the cash, I spent quite a bit on drink and women; the rest I just wasted.

    Happy NY all!
