it doesn't really feel like it but the XJO is holding up pretty well this afternoon when compared to what's happening to the Nikkei, at its lows today the Nikkei dropped 1570pts in less than two trading sessions, roughly 9.5% wiped off the value of the index in that time.

will be very interesting what happens in the US tonight, will the late session rallies off the lows continue.

would be a little surprised if there isn't some bargain hunting on the Nikkei in the last hour of trade this afternoon.
