REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
ZipTel Limited (

ASX: ZIP, "the Company") hereby requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in respect of its securities.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and in support of its request, the Company advises that:
1. the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a significant enterprise agreement;
2. it requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 18 February 2015 or until the release of an announcement in respect of the above matter; and
3. it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
