"Thrown cold water on our market". Our Government will be displeased as that is usually their job!
I am finding the timing of these ratings agencies intriguing. They flagged this in November, and when finally there seems to be at least a temporary solution to Greece (well for a week or so) they come out with the downgrading announcement.
