Thanks HLL & Mitta For an excellent contribution to add a good nutritions to DT forum.

Mitta - I would prefer this format. It's daily job for you and this will save time for u. At the same time people like me who mostly check morning messages on phone just as now, it makes lot easier. So less hassel for you and more mobile friendly for us .
Just my opinions though, ultimately you are the captain .
