    VEI - had it jotted down this morning and missed the move after yesterdays late surge

    numbers were great but so was the debt load

    company had annualised $9m npat with $9m cap before announcement the other day

    near 3 to 4 times earnings now but with a debt load of around $90m

    hard to value imo
