Interesting article ladyluck. Thought they were talking about Range Resources there for a minute. Shareholders in that company have been diluted by 91.6%.

Got a great laugh yesterday morning. On 702AM in Sydney, a lady from ASIC was describing how tought they are and how they can easily pick insider trading and market manipulation. She said there was 8 of them, yes 8 that monitor the market and announcements from 7am every morning. She said if someone was involved in insider trading or market manipulation they can pick them up real quick. I thought was a crock. There are at least 5 cases a week where market manipulation is evident yet ASIC does nothing. And how could you even attempt to monitor all announcements and trades and volume in the market when there is only 8 of you?? What happens when one of those eight goes to the toilet or a smoko or lunch? Does anyone do their job? Considering one person is virtually 12.5% of the team? Until ASIC get serious and tart employing proper methods, shareholders will continue to get rorted, and bottom drawers will continue to overflow.
