there is an arbitrage opportunity.

Gold stock BUT has announced a takeover of RFV.

Under the takeover BUT is offering RFV shareholders, 1.25 BUT shares for each RFV they hold.

BUT is currently trading at 12c, RFV at 13c.

On these metrics, RFV should be trading at 15c.

The risk is that the scheme does not occur - the risk here is that BUT actually gets taken over by a bigger player.... probably doubtful but who knows....
