    ho-hum,ho-hum........the vagaries of the market.After some success with TAP(about to continue,I might add),I decided to look for a another trade.Well a couple of days ago,on the technicals, the choice came down to SEA and PEN.Seeing as I've had some good luck with an oiler (TAP) I chose SEA.Well,guess what,PEN took off and SEA sat there.Shucks!

    Oh well,all is not lost as SEA is trying VERY HARD today to take off,and with a little more push,it may just do it.
