    lots of opionions on ICG but IMO I dont think ICG plays by any rules we adhere to.....this is a new one....again we have big volume with not a lot of variataion.

    IMO 10 is the base and they dont want it going any further down at the same time wanting you to think that its heading down

    I'm watching and learning on this one
