Morning all. Thanks HLL and posters. Thanks to all those who are doing the heavy lifting thru the day. I've cleared out the last of the holiday visitors so hope to take a keener interest from now on.
A bouyant market has brung out lots of new players. Plenty of good advice on here yesterday and in the lounge. The only thing I would add is that for me, the main thing is experience. You can only get that from doing the hard yards.
In some ways, if you have just started and are going well, that will go against you cos you'll think you know what you're doing. It's true, you only learn from your mistakes.
But that's the way we all started so not much you can do about that. The big thing is, don't get into an all or nothing situation. Never think, this is it, I'm gonna unload and make a fortune. That is the undoing of many.
And lose the ego. You are a flea in the scheme of things. If you are not sure, you are probably wrong.
