RBS have a valuation target on it of 50c post financing - that is allowing for a 10-15% sell down of the asset and $150M of funding
They only require around $100M from memory, and can probably get it debt funded given the cashflows could have a <2 year repayment
Be surprised if we dont see 23-25c this week
You can see there is an algo reloading and buying everything at 20.5c
