there is something up on these u specs trying to swing off lows
prob not on u fundamentals
but market is very keen on any hugely oversold stocks with sniff of positive news on the way
can see from SHE yesterday
not saying there is going to be a sector shift
but keep your mind open as hot money in a hot market like sector rotating
