    PVD. Appears as tho the 2014 drilling dates has put off punters. With funding not due till mid 13 and considering the technical nature of deep water drill, they will not make an earlier start. Be interesting to see if the PR can come up with something to maintain interest. Otherwise 60c looms. imo
