lots of discussion about the fundamentals and cash backing behind RAU

people need to realise there is alot of hot money sloshing around and so alot of these runs are based on momentum and technicals with hot money flowing into them very quickly

But that hot money will flow out just as quick and on to the next thing


I made the mistake of getting caught up with AKKs fundamentals and flow rates but its clear to see short term in these markets the stock like many others is momentum and technical based

Think of all the base metal stocks we saw run then the coal stocks then all the recent big movers BLR LKO ICG EDE NVG and today RAU

To me it seems like its all momentum and technicals short term

Once the dust settles the fundamentals if good enough do shine through and allow the company to hold the rerate like AZS and RXL but they are the exceptions to this phenomenon we are seeing

My 2c for what its worth which isnt much anyway maybe a peso or a baht
