    CSS net purchases of 2.5M so far today, yet price is down 0.1 cents from Fridays close. Net purchases make up 48% of volume traded

    It had significant net purchases on Friday too, similar to how PSY traded before it took off on a big run.

    Have bought in expecting another leg up, anytime soon. Buyers continuing to build.
