There's absolutely no way you can judge whether or not SOC's find is economic or not just yet. Remember how people wildly speculated about ICG based on three assays? Simply put we need more information to judge the deposit's credentials. Grade and grade continuity is good, but the extremities of the mineralisation are pretty hazy and further assays will be required to sure this thing up before the stock sinks or swims.
And just on the matter of block caving, its not as simple as justifying this mining method because the mine up the road uses it. The geomechanics of the country rock must be assessed to determine if block caving is even viable, let alone economic. And this takes a long time to conduct. If the country rock isn't friable, it won't cave, end of story.
