The problem with 54$ is during commissioning you generally have higher operating costs etc, so you are cutting into margin and profit.

LYC will still create a profit, but atm its forecasting 28costs with a basket price of 54$, doesnt leave _that_ much profit + error..

and the market is correcting for that + delays..
