benefit to this is that:

put in an order to get out at profit after I could see it being dumped from low 3's down to mid 2's.

amended said order to try and make a bigger profit.

didn't process in time and just as well: order was a sell price limit of 0.34. it didn't get there and subsequently fell.

phew! managed to profit thanks to the slow processing!!!
