    SWE sellers exhausted... Looking to push past 20c IPO price.

    Minuscule market cap, extensive land holding in east Africa along east African rift system.

    Partnered with tullow and Otto... And have now gone into exclusive negotiations for more Tanzanian oil permits.

    Will go to 40c minimum
