tough days when there are sub-10 premarket posts... sad to see the traders/investors are suffering or bailing out entirely.
My strategy of mid-cap investing has gone ok, with my portfolio only down about 2.5% (including dividends) in a period where the market is down ~10%... but both options would of been beaten by cash in a term deposit..
Oil going up is an interesting signal, usually associated with a healthy economy. Could the USA be switching from a fake money boom to a real value boom? would be an interesting change :)
Commodities taking a hit, but I feel we are nearing a bottom... seeing some reversal signs in IO chart. None in coal though... and copper (AUD) showing some positives also.
