when market bad normally promises qe and picks up. we had that move a few weeks back on dow at 12000 level. no effect on asx which appears well and truly clogged by carbon tax. personally it makes me spew. only country in world to suffer from it. when market coasting as US is at moment then no need for qe (many may disagree).
no need for carbon tax either. where is our qe. think about it. suspect anyones guess from here for next day or two anyway
