    didn't TPG offer to takeover BBG at about $3 in March ???

    now raising at $1.02, you have to wonder.

    like QAN being offered $5.60/share.

    there are so many "get of jail cards" offered to companies over the years with takeover offers being at a large premium to current trading prices, a long list there would be (trying to think of some others now)
