So a contract was drawn up with the Morgan and Belmont banking group. The govnut would get about 6 month gold equivalent to $65,116,244 USD and to issue a bond of $62,315400 USD

Then a few provisions for both sides of the contract.

Thus began the precedent between govnut and private purchasers.
