if it were not Friday I'd be less concerned. But I suspect the rush for the exists will be brisk and people taking the rest of the day and weekend to lick their wounds.
the positive I can find is that this might present and be perceived as a good time to crystallise tax losses .. of course that depends on peoples expectations for the balance of the month. 'twould be nice to get that out of the way!
