Yeeeep!!! Looks like ODN on the 18 of March ,the security Sale Agreement has been executed to aquire gridComm...so from what i see all they need is the shareholders approval at the shareholders meeting which is expected to be achieved... anyway ,i think is a good move for odn regardless of looking at the chart
