    Hmmm. So if you don't like what contractors are quoting, does that mean getting people to work as employees at a fixed salary isn't an option? Yes, very weird logic in some decisions WM has made over the years.

    I remember years back, he clearly stated there was no need for any cash raising. A month later, they did a placement. Then they started doing buy backs. WT? You give someone a share at say $2, then you buy it back with that money at a higher price. And that helped the company how?
