Re AGS, I believe they have dropped the appeal, as they must have everything they need document wise. Also with
the deal with Itochu, may have mentioned this before along similiar lines -

"On the assumptions that Itochu take a 40% stake and that raises $200 million, I make that about 90 cents per share."

is this the biggest no brainer of the modern era, currently at 24c ???
