    it could be a 5Moz deposit and burey could still go bankrupt due to the deal they've made so far.

    Burey are paying all exploration costs and have no deal (that I found) in place to acquire further project % for more spend, thus they are pretty much earning money for SPRL.

    Once they drill enough for a resource/reserve assessment and plan to do scoping/feasibilities, they will either have to have a deal in place with SPRL or face having zero leverage moving into that phase.

    SPRL can simply play the waiting game, paying no cash and getting a free pass at next round negotiations, if drilling goes well, Burey will have to over-pay to get the remaining rights or forfeit % of the profit to SPRL (most likely SPRL will have to put capital forth for the plant also) which lessens the potential of the project for Burey...

    The quicker Burey can make a deal to get full rights, the better off they will be IMO.
