Market looks set for a positive open according to the SPI futures.
US markets were up, then down , then up again in their last session of the week suggesting investors were a tad indecisive.
The S & P 500 put in a record closing high but the DOW still has a little way to go to be able to make the same claims.
USD index fell quite sharply and below the 0.80 short term support. (79.79)
The gold price fell slightly , doing the opposite to what would be expected considering the USD move.
I guess it forgot to read the script.
GDX gold miners index was off by 0.35 %
Russia doing a bit of sabre rattling, I doubt they can afford a stoush but are pushing their chest out and fluffing their feathers.
