They are chasing up up to another $50 million from Grimaldi (on top of the $25 million they have already been paid from MMX), and remember they have won against Grimaldi, its just a case of how much they can get from him now.
How many small specs are sitting on 25 million in cash, plus the potential for another 50 million?
