    This from ANZ economist Justin Fabo

    "Full-time employment rose 18K in February while part-time employment jumped a sharp 54K. In trend terms, full-time employment fell 2K in the month, not a sign of a strong labour market"

    and moreover lot of those jobs are in part-time employment
