020 is a real pshycological price for many stocks from my observations, hence my comment yesterday.
I beleive AGY performed a lithium hype train run while traders are excited about other stocks running
eg - OOC (PSF)
It was bound to happen. I've been able to observe its movements since October, although more well known posters have put it on the map. If I can find it they certainly can.
