BNE HAD key word HAD a relationship with La Jolla because they had no other funding options

BNE NOW as in present tense have been recapped raised $4m at 2c and TERMINATED the La Jolla note

BNE NOW have again present tense new management and these are the same guys who did AHZ and thats what the investment is all about

If they decide to go back to old ways and use La Jolla I will be the first to call the stock a sell as those notes are death spiral funding notes
