My watchlist shows AQO and CZN set to rise on open.. could be a big one RE: CZN as I may of mentioned too many times yesterday.. just this is a call I'm actually confident in.. so probably means it will go wrong :P

I start my Bicarb training today. There has been a thread in general for a long time about Bicarb + maple helping all types of health problems, primarily focused around cancer.
One poster also said Bicarb prior to training can help improve times and is used by professional (but dodgy) horse racers also. So I figured I would take up the challenge.. stay tuned.
