in my experience, when/if you work on a good quality broking desk you learn so much more [same as anything else really]
it might hard to appreciate if you never have. imo, most independent or at-home-traders just don't ever get that. [hence the simple individual stuff like chart-only thinking] so it would be hard to understand the need
