De- escalation was the theme in overseas markets last night . This helped markets snap back after yesterdays losses.
Wars are expensive and I made mention on the previous days that I doubted Russia or Ukraine could afford a war. It seems the chest pushing out may have come to an end for the moment as both sides realise how devastating , economically it could be to stage a war.
Bond yields up, gold down as it should be .
