    Central West Gold (ASX:CWG) has extended the time to expend the initial exploration expenditure on the farm-in agreement with Fisher Resources until 19 September, 2013 at its gold projects in New South Wales


    CO2 Australia (ASX:COZ) has reached an agreement with the Queensland state government to acquire its 100% share of independently operated Ecofund Queensland.




    Immuron (ASX: IMC) has further demonstrated the effectiveness of its IMM-529 in preventing the antibiotic-associated infection, Clostridium difficile, in mice.




    Global Metals Exploration (ASX: GXN) will soon begin a 3,000 metre aircore drilling program at its Jutson Rocks Project to test beneath promising surface soil gold geochemistry anomalies.




    Target Energy (ASX:TEX) has confirmed the potential productive pay zones at its Fairway project with the Sydney-1 well and the Darwin wells in Texas.



    Musgrave Minerals (ASX: MGV) has recommenced drilling in South Australia’s Gawler Craton to test high priority induced polarisation and geochemical targets at the Menninnie Dam silver-zinc-lead project.

    Cellmid (ASX: CDY) chief executive officer Maria Halasz has purchased a further 1.1 million shares on-market.

    Halasz bought the shares for a total consideration of A$31,972, providing an average entry price of around $0.028 per share.



    WHL Energy (ASX: WHN) has begun planning for a 3D seismic acquisition program to begin over its VIC/P67 (La Bella) permit in late 2013 after receiving a positive referral decision from the Australian Government.



    BKM Management's (ASX: BKM) shares are in pre-open this morning following the ASX granting the company a trading halt pending an announcement regarding executing an agreement to acquire a new project, and also undertake a capital raising.



    Oroya Mining (ASX:ORO) has intersected 24 metres of sulphide rich zones following drilling to test the Granite Creek electromagnetic anomaly at the Orbost copper project in Victoria.

    Three significant sulphide rich zones have been intersected and include 10 metres of disemminated sulphide from 100 metres; 12.2 metres including 5.8 metres of massive sulphide from 225 metres and 4 metres of disemminated sulphide from 299.5 metres.



    Incremental Oil and Gas (ASX:IOG) has drilled two wells at the Florence oil field in Colorado, with one of them encountering excellent shows of free oil to surface.

    The Aurora 24-21 well, spudded on 28 January, is a deviated well targetting a seismically defined anomaly. After a casing was run to the total depth of 3260 feet, the hole was swabbed with a workover rig.



    Crusader Resources (ASX: CAS) has been granted a trading halt this morning by the ASX pending the release of changes to its Board of Directors. The company's shares have been placed in pre-open.



    Lynas Corporation (ASX: LYC) has outlined in succession planning that Eric Noyrez will be appointed to the board of Lynas as an executive director and become the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective 31st March 2013.



    Australian-American Mining (ASX:AIW) is in trading halt pending an announcement on drilling results.

    The halt will be in place until 7 a.m on Wednesday 6th March 2013.



    Pulse Health Group (ASX: PHG) substantial shareholder Wyllie Group has increased its shareholding in the company to 40.72%.

    Wyllie Group purchased a further 2.4 million shares for a total consideration of A$117,488, or around $0.05 per share taking the total number of shares held to 193.8 shares.



    Avanco Resources (ASX:AVB) has proved up the project economics of its Brazilian copper-gold project following drilling at the Antas North that holds the potential to return an NPV of $244 million at an IRR of 94%.



    Anatolia Energy (ASX:AEK) has intersected high grade uranium of up to 1,150 ppm eU3O8 at its Temrezli deposit in Turkey.

    Results from six drill holes included intercepts of up to 1.7 metres at 790 parts per million eU3O8; 2.7 metres at 820 ppm eU3O8 and 3.7 metres at 560 ppm eU3O8.



    Sandfire Resources' (ASX: SFR) ramp-up in production from the wholly owned DeGrussa Copper-Gold Project in Western Australia has powered the company to its interim maiden profit for the six months to 31 December 2012.

    The maiden interim profit after income tax was $79.1 million, following sales revenue of $272.4 million from 34,001 tonnes of contained copper and 17,626 ounces of gold. The profit before net finance and income tax was $119.9 million.



    New Zealand Oil & Gas (ASX: NZO) has advised that as at 2.00pm yesterday (Sunday 3 March NZT, that at the exploration well Parit Minyak-2 (PM-2) in onshore Sumatra, Indonesia, had:

    - Casing set at 1809 ft (551 m) and successfully cemented; and
    - The well has been drilled to 4572 feet (1394m).

    The well has an expected total depth of 9000 feet (2743M). The first of several drilling targets is a Pliocene Fan at approximately 5772 feet (1744M).
